Overview:

Lead a small group of Greenhouse Labourers. Assign daily tasks to the group based on the Supervisor’s plan. Show new and current workers how to do each task correctly and safely. Check the quality of the group’s work during the day. Report progress, plant health issues, and safety concerns to the Supervisor. Once these leadership tasks are completed, join the Greenhouse Labourer team and perform all Greenhouse Labourer duties, including handling vegetable seedlings through production (pinching, spacing, seeding, transplanting, shipping, and cleaning), operating equipment, and fertilizing, spraying, and irrigating crops.
